We partner with reliable and reputed logistics companies to ensure your gifts are delivered across India and internationally. We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and, where applicable, free shipping on certain orders.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available on select products or promotions.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products, delivery location, and the shipping method chosen. You will be able to review and confirm the shipping charges at checkout before completing your order.

Note: Free shipping is applicable only on select products and bulk orders as per ongoing promotions.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

In case of personalized or bulk corporate orders, processing times may vary depending on customization requirements. Our team will communicate the expected processing time upon confirmation of such orders.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Below are the estimated timeframes for standard and express shipping:

• Within India:

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
• International Deliveries:
  • 10-15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided to monitor its status.

6. Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk and corporate gift orders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the quantity and destination. Our team will work closely with you to ensure timely and safe delivery. 7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. In the event that a location is not serviceable by our shipping partners, we will inform you and attempt to find an alternate solution.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at bookmygiftonline@gmail.com with your order details.

• Damaged Shipments: Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Lost Shipments: If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue.

9. International Shipping and Customs

For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may be applicable based on the destination country’s regulations. Book My Gift is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

10. Changes to Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address before the order is processed for shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately.
