Eco - The Blessing & Cork Trunk

A framed devotional piece, a full cork table set, and honey — for clients and senior teams.

A six-inch frame under clear acrylic holds preserved moss, flowers and a devotional print — the piece that gets stood up somewhere and stays there. The table half is cork throughout, warm to handle and unbothered by a wet glass. Two mini honeys and a kraft deck close the evening.

• The blessing frame is the keepsake. Preserved botanicals sealed behind acrylic hold their colour for years on a wall or a shelf, with no water and no fading to manage.
• Cork carries the daily use. Tray, coasters, calendar and diyas are all natural cork over an MDF core — none of it printed to look like something it isn't.
• Cork is bark, stripped without felling the tree and regrown over about a decade — and three of the six pieces here are made of it. The deck is uncoated kraft with no plastic laminate.
• Rigid MDF wrapped in forest-green rexine, with a cushioned woven-fabric lid panel bordered in twin gold lines. Gold foil inside the lid, ivory ruched satin in the base, a brass clasp and twisted gold rope handles — carried by hand, and kept long afterwards.
