Eco - The Forest Chronicles Box

A nine-inch framed forest with marble coasters, a bamboo flask and four raw honeys.

The Forest Chronicles frame is nine inches square and arrives ready to hang — preserved moss and bark accents held in a cork-and-MDF surround. Below it the box is weighted with things that get used: stone, brass, bamboo and cork, none of them imitating another material. Four raw honeys in a fitted tray finish it.

• The frame is a wall object, not a desk ornament. Preserved moss and bark hold their colour without water or light, so it hangs for years rather than a season.
• The flask is the piece with daily contact — a stainless-steel inner and filter inside a bamboo body, holding four hours hot and six cold. The coasters are natural marble with real brass inlay.
• Cork is bark, harvested without felling the tree and regrown over about a decade. The honey is raw and unprocessed across four varietals, and the botanicals are cut once and displayed for years.
• A rigid gift box, 12 × 12 × 4", with a lift-off lid — sized to take the nine-inch frame flat rather than on a diagonal.
