Eco - The Plantable Year Box

A plantable desk calendar with notepad, seed writing set and cards.

The calendar is the spine of this one: thirteen seed-paper cards, ring-bound on a dark MDF stand, carrying marigold, tulsi and tomato. A 40-page plantable notepad and a four-piece seed writing set sit with it. A printed card holding a glass bottle of real preserved botanicals is the piece nobody expects here.

• A month a card, then a plant. Thirteen seed-paper cards means the calendar is used through the year and planted rather than binned in January.
• It is a working set, not a token. Forty pages at 80 gsm, centre-pinned, with two recycled-paper pens and two 2B pencils that write properly before they grow.
• Every paper item carries seed and every print is water-based ink — eighteen plantable pieces in all. The forest card holds preserved botanicals in glass, with no shelf life to worry about.
• A recycled kraft box with a printed festive wrap. Uncoated board, no plastic window and no foam, so the whole pack goes into the paper recycling in one piece.
