Eco - The Window & Diya Box

A tabletop forest window with reusable cork diyas, cards and five seed bottles.

A 4 × 8 inch MDF frame carries printed forest artwork with preserved moss and botanicals set into it, made to stand on a table rather than hang. Two floating cork diyas take tea lights for the evening and come back out next year. Five seed varieties bottled in a printed tin go into soil afterwards.

• The window stays out after the festival. Preserved botanicals need no water and no light, so it holds as a tabletop piece rather than a seasonal decoration.
• Cork diyas float and refill rather than burning down. Unlike a wax pour or a printed clay diya, they come out again every year.
• Five seed varieties in glass bottles inside a tin — five different things to plant, not one. The deck is uncoated kraft with no plastic laminate.
• A recycled kraft box with a printed festive wrap. Uncoated board, no plastic window and no foam, so the whole pack goes into the paper recycling in one piece.
